This is a full-time contract role (WFH & outside IR35) for an FEA Analyst. The FEA Analyst will be responsible for conducting structural analysis simulations to validate engineering components. Daily tasks include setting up and running FEA models, analysing results, and preparing technical reports. The candidate will also collaborate with design engineers and contribute to meeting project timelines and ensuring designs meet international standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • FEA simulations and proficiency in Abaqus CAE software.
  • Solidworks CAD preferred but not essential.
  • Detailed stress calculations and reports in Mathcad Prime.
  • Design code assessments with Eurocode 3 and similar.
  • Response Spectrum Analysis for seismic assessments.
  • Industries such as Nuclear, Mechanical Building Services or Oil & Gas are preferred.
