Go-to-Market Enterprise Account Executive / Business Development Manager – AI Testing & Orchestration Platform

Location: London (remote-first with occasional anchor days). Must be on motorway network and within 3 hours commute of London.

Value Added Recruitment are partnering with a US Based category creator in AI Voice Agent Quality Assurance and Testing, to hire a high-impact Go-to-Market professional who wants far more than a traditional SDR or AE role.

Humans make billions of phone calls every day. My client believes the majority of these interactions will soon be handled by AI voice agents built across every industry imaginable. The challenge? AI voice systems are incredibly difficult to test and maintain. Small changes to prompts, model providers, workflows, or integrations can dramatically impact performance. They have built the platform that solves this problem. Backed by Y Combinator and growing at 20% month-over-month, they are defining an entirely new category within the AI ecosystem.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and wants ownership of the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for taking prospects from first contact through to expansion, helping shape and scale the company's GTM motion as it continues its rapid growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close and expansion.
  • Run discovery sessions, demos and technical conversations with CTOs, Heads of AI, and engineering leaders.
  • Build and refine scalable GTM playbooks and outbound systems.
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools including Claude, Cursor, MCPs, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share customer insights, objections, and market feedback.

Key Markets: Financial Sector and Health Tech.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, GTM, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to master AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and MCP workflows.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound activity (cold calling, LinkedIn, Apollo etc.).
  • First-principles thinker with exceptional learning agility.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving start-up environment.
  • Excited by end-to-end ownership rather than working within a highly segmented sale structure.
