Following significant investment and continued global growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition across the UK market.
This is an opportunity to take a market-leading AI solution to enterprise customers and play a key role in a business at the forefront of conversational AI.
The Role
This is a true hunter position where you will own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting through to closing new business. You will be responsible for developing your own pipeline, winning strategic enterprise accounts and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes. You will be selling into organisations with 2,000+ employees, engaging with senior decision-makers across Customer Experience, Engineering, Product, Security, Legal and the C-suite.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close.
- Generate at least 80% of your own pipeline through proactive business development.
- Win new enterprise logos across the UK market.
- Manage complex sales cycles ranging from 3-12 months.
- Lead six and seven-figure commercial negotiations.
- Navigate multiple stakeholders across technical and business functions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce and a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC/MEDPIC.
- Become a trusted advisor on a cutting-edge AI platform, demonstrating commercial value to both technical and non-technical buyers.
About You
We are looking for high-performing Enterprise Account Executives who have consistently exceeded target in enterprise AI SaaS sales. You will ideally have:
- 5+ years' experience selling enterprise SaaS and AI solutions.
- A proven track record of winning net new enterprise business.
- Experience closing six and seven-figure software deals.
- Demonstrable career sales of approximately £10 million+ ACV.
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Confidence selling to both technical stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Strong outbound prospecting and new business generation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and MEDDPICC/MEDPIC (or similar enterprise sales methodology) is advantageous.
