Valuing properties for Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rating, Rent Officer Function or District Valuer Services including property inspection, measurement of areas, collecting details relevant to the assessment of value, producing/recording digital surveys.

Research, analyse and interpret information to make evidence-based decisions.

Working Arrangements
