We are hiring a Client Partner to join us at an early and formative stage. This is a true 360 role with real ownership, senior exposure, and long-term upside.
The role
- End-to-end 360 recruitment across life sciences
- Own and grow long-term client partnerships
- Work directly with founders, leadership teams, and investors
- Deliver permanent and contract mandates, with exposure to early-stage capital raises
- High autonomy and accountability from day one
About you
- 2–5 years’ 360 recruitment experience
- Proven billing and client ownership track record
- Degree educated. Life sciences experience preferred, or life-sciences-focused academic background
- Commercial, credible, and ambitious
