Valtera is growing. We partner with life sciences companies at pivotal moments. From first hires and leadership builds, through to capital and asset introductions. We sit at the intersection of talent, capital, and growth. We are hiring a Client Partner to join us at an early and formative stage. This is a true 360 role with real ownership, senior exposure, and long-term upside.
The role:
- End-to-end 360 recruitment across life sciences
- Own and grow long-term client partnerships
- Work directly with founders, leadership teams, and investors
- Deliver permanent and contract mandates, with exposure to early-stage capital raises
- High autonomy and accountability from day one
About you:
- 2–5 years’ 360 recruitment experience
- Proven billing and client ownership track record
- Degree educated. Life sciences experience preferred, or life-sciences-focused academic background
- Commercial, credible, and ambitious
