Overview
In this senior, client-facing role, you will own GEO and SEO workstreams for large, international websites.
You’ll bridge technical audits, content strategy, and client storytelling to shape how AI and generative search transform the landscape.
You will advise clients directly, not only produce reports, and collaborate with UX, analytics, and engineering teams to embed GEO and SEO into the digital experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver GEO Diagnostics: comprehensive audits of technical foundations, content, structured data, and GEO performance with a clear opportunity roadmap
- Deliver GEO Implementation: translate findings into actions including structured data, technical fixes with developers, content optimization, and IA changes
- Deliver Ongoing GEO Partnerships: ongoing monitoring, quarterly reviews, health checks, and reporting for retained clients
- Write and optimize content for GEO and SEO performance
- Advise clients on future of search (AI, generative answers, zero-click behavior) and implications for their business
- Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders with confidence
- Collaborate with UX, content, analytics, and engineering teams to integrate GEO/SEO into the digital experience
- Support new business pitches and contribute to growth initiatives
- Mentor junior team members as the team grows
- Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience in SEO, ideally with GEO exposure
- Strong technical SEO skills: site architecture, indexing, structured data, site performance
- Strong content and copywriting skills
- Experience with large, complex and/or international websites
- Consultative approach: able to advise clients and shape recommendations
- Confidence turning data into practical recommendations
