This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on high-impact work post-term sheet, collaborating closely with the investment team on due diligence, integration, and select pre-LOI analyses β without less focus on heavy BD work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-due diligence financial and operational analysis on acquisition targets
- Lead and manage full due diligence workstreams (financial, commercial, operational)
- Build and refine financial models; perform QoE, working capital analysis, and other critical assessments
- Support integration planning and execution, collaborating with internal and portfolio company teams
- Develop insights and deliver clear recommendations to senior investment leaders
- Assist with internal investment memos and presentations
- Join calls with sellers, advisors, and internal stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 1β3 years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, audit, M&A advisory, or corporate development
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting, and deal structures
- Experience in due diligence or audit environments (Big 4/Transaction Advisory/Private Equity is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and execution-focused
- Comfortable owning workstreams independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ambition to grow into a role with full investment ownership in the future
- Legally authorized to work in the UK
