IDGateway is looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketing Manager, who will help in driving the growth and success of the company. We’re particularly interested in candidates who are early in their marketing career and eager to take ownership, learn fast, and make a real impact.

A summary about the role:
- The purpose of this role is to grow the business through customer acquisition and the proliferation of brand advocacy.
- Specifically, our mission is to drive up the number of users using our software platforms, increasing subscriber numbers.
- As a boutique technology business, our primary channels for communication are digital. Hence, we are looking for a marketing executive who is eager to work in digital platforms, test AI for customer acquisition, and use innovative marketing methods.
- This is a very hands-on role, which will require the post-holder to deliver the full spectrum of marketing activity. This goes from working with the sales team to driving all operational activity (e.g. budget management, data gathering and reporting, content creation and managing our digital channels day-to-day).
- The role demands a data-driven, highly creative and ambitious person who sets big goals for themselves and others – and takes personal responsibility for the execution of their ideas.
- You will be degree-qualified and will have academic or professional qualifications in a marketing or similar discipline.
- Furthermore, it is likely you will have3+ yearsexperience in marketing and will, during that time, have repeatedly proven your skills.
What your day will look like:
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company objectives
- Develop and execute strategies to open the funnel and drive quality leads
- Implement tactics to expand our reach and engage the target audience
- Have knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
Delivery:
- Being a talented wordsmith, able to create vibrant content and provide copy for blogs, articles and tactical marketing campaigns as and when required
- Establishing social media followings and building brand advocacy
- Maintaining and evolving product websites
Digital Marketing:
- Usage of marketing automation platforms, HubSpot preferred
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI
- Monitor KPIs to adapt where necessary to ensure marketing strategies are delivered
- Provide regular reports to leadership with a thorough understanding of performance and areas to improve
Conversion Optimisation:
- Ensure a seamless and compelling user experience is delivered through optimisation of various marketing funnel touchpoints
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to provide inputs in creating high-performance landing pages and collateral
About You:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar related discipline is essential
- 3+ years Marketing experience
- Ideally, SaaS Software Marketing experience
- Experience with Hubspot, LinkedIn and other martech tools
- Ability to roll up sleeves and make things happen on a limited budget
- Team player
- Great attention to detail and planning skills
- Strong work ethic, organised and focused
- Exceptional communication skillset
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Legally authorized to work in the UK
- The successful candidates can be based anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Farnborough, working in a hybrid work model!
