ABOUT COLLECTIONHQ
CollectionHQ (a Fluent Software Group company) is a Scotland-based company providing software solutions and services to public and academic libraries worldwide. We are driving change in our internal processes to increase efficiencies and fuel growth and this role sits right at the heart of that transformation.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This person sits at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market, with a specific mandate: build and operate the AI systems that drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue expansion autonomously. The GTM Engineer will be pivotal in deploying the latest agentic AI tools to automate and streamline our RevOps pipeline, working closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to drive sustainable revenue growth. This role reports to the VP of Sales, with a dotted line to the Engineering and Technology department heads.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Configure, optimize, and scale AI tools across the full GTM funnel — from prospecting through renewal
- Design autonomous workflows: lead qualification agents, outbound sequencing, and intent signal routing
- Train GTM teams on AI-native workflows and drive adoption of agentic tooling across portfolio companies
- Work with sales and marketing leadership to identify the highest-leverage AI use cases
- Oversee fleets of interoperable AI agents assigned to specific GTM process segments
- Build live ROI visibility dashboards showing what is working, what is lagging, and delivering recommendations to reps and leadership
- Bridge RevOps strategy with AI-native execution, closing the gap that traditional RevOps leaders cannot fill
WHAT YOU BRING
Technical Skills- Python, LangChain / LangGraph
- CRM APIs (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
- Workflow automation: Zapier, n8n, Clay, Apollo
- Strong commercial intuition: CAC, conversion metrics, revenue funnels
- Data analysis and performance measurement
- Stakeholder management across sales, marketing, and product
- Experience in B2B SaaS or library technology environments (asset)
ABOUT YOU
- You think in systems — you see a manual GTM process and immediately visualize how an agent would run it
- You are equally comfortable in a terminal and in a boardroom conversation about pipeline strategy
- You have shipped AI-powered GTM workflows in production, not just prototypes
- You understand that a great agent is useless if it is not adopted — you drive change, not just code
