Valsoft Corporation is seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to lead European tax matters across the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy and Switzerland. You will partner with the HQ tax team to manage tax compliance, provisions, transfer pricing and due diligence for the Helios / Tessera portfolio.
The role requires strong European tax expertise, collaboration with finance teams, and the ability to coordinate with external advisers across multiple jurisdictions. Travel is occasional.
