About T-Innova
T-Innova has built the software that runs sports centers, gyms and clubs in Spain since 1993, from its base in Castelldefels, Barcelona.
Deporwin and Depor Site handle memberships, bookings and activities, payments and billing, reception point of sale and the access control at the door for around 300 clients, from single facilities to chains of dozens of centers.
T-Innova is part of the Manos Group within Valsoft, a Canadian group that acquires and grows vertical-market software companies, which gives it the backing of a larger group while it runs as a focused, independent product company.
After more than 30 years in this market, T-Innova is building its next product: a new cloud platform, designed agentic-first from day one.
The groundwork is done.
The existing system has been mapped into a documented catalog of thousands of use cases, and the scope of the first release has been agreed across the company.
The new product is built fresh from that catalog.
The hard part is the bridge: many clients run customized on-premise installations of today's system, and every one of them has to keep running well until it moves across.
We're growing the engineering team to do both.
The role
This is a developer role for someone early in their career who already builds software with AI coding agents and wants to do it on a real product with real clients.
You'll help build T-Innova's new product and help keep the current platform running for the clubs that depend on it today, working closely with the Tech Lead and the rest of the team.
What you'll do
- Build features of the new cloud product with AI coding agents, from a written specification through to tested, reviewed code.
- Investigate and fix issues on the current platform, using agents to read and explain legacy code in Visual Basic 6, . NET Framework, PHP and SQL Server before you change it.
- Write and maintain automated tests, and help keep the CI pipeline green.
- Keep the documentation and the use-case catalog current as the product changes.
- Take part in code review in both directions, and share what you learn about working with agents with the rest of the team.
What we're looking for
- At least three years of professional development experience, or a strong graduate or self-taught profile with substantial projects behind it.
- You already use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or Git Hub Copilot agents as your main way of building software, and you can show work you built that way and explain how you checked it.
- Solid fundamentals: data structures, SQL, HTTP and APIs, version control, and writing tests.
- Curiosity about how existing systems work, and the patience to understand old code before changing it.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Nice to have
- Spanish.
- Any exposure to . NET, PHP or Visual Basic.
- Experience building an LLM feature, an agent or an MCP server.
- Exposure to a cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP) or a CI/CD pipeline.
- An interest in sports, fitness or club management, or experience with booking and membership systems.
- How we work
We hire for agentic development first and a tech stack second.
AI coding agents do most of the typing, and engineers do the thinking: writing the specification, breaking the work into tasks an agent can carry out, reviewing every change, and proving it works with tests before it ships.
The product itself uses agentic AI to take routine work off our clients' hands.
The team sets its own working method.
The Manos Group supplies the shared architecture, an engineering standard for product AI and a shared framework for agentic user experiences, so T-Innova builds on what works across the group rather than starting alone.
Why T-Innova
Your work will reach real users quickly, on a product that sports facilities across Spain rely on every day.
You'll learn agentic development on production software alongside people who do it daily, with the backing of the Manos Group and Valsoft.
