The Training Manager will work within the professional services function of SDS, assisting in driving revenue growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this remote role offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape a key area of the business, making a significant impact on its success.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the existing Training & Consultancy Manager and the wider professional services team on customer and internal projects
- Deliver high quality training on our software products
- Support the professional services function in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue results
- Generate leads for professional services (from existing customers), nurture and close sales
- Collaborate with other departments to align professional services with product offerings and customer needs
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of customers and/or market
- Align with KPI’s set for the Professional Services team and actively contribute to meeting targets
- Experience working in a training or professional services team
- Proven software training experience within a SaaS or technology environment
- A strong track record of executing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet and exceed deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously on own initiative
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels
- Experience in and knowledge of the Housing industry is a plus
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
