We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Managing Director to lead one of our software businesses. As MD, you will own the P&L, set strategic direction, and drive sustained growth and profitability across the business. Success will be measured by outcomes, raising operational excellence, scaling customer success, and building high-performing leadership teams that multiply impact. This position provides critical operational leadership to a company and potentially a portfolio of companies within a growing software vertical.
As Managing Director, you will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership to a software business or portfolio within the Tag Software Group family. You will develop and implement the business strategy across sales, marketing, R&D, customer service, professional services, and HR. Working with the Business Unit leadership team, you will set growth objectives, lead execution, and drive operational excellence. You will be fully accountable for business performance, profitability, scalability, and long-term customer and employee success.
