Key Responsibilities- Origination of Investment Opportunities (60%): Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities. Build and maintain a robust investment pipeline.
- Deal Execution Support (20%): Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis.
- Business Development (20%): Travel to meet and engage with businesses across Europe. Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of company valuation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong passion for the software and investment sectors.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
