Talent Acquisition Administrator (6-month FTC) Stratford-upon-Avon, United Kingdom | Posted on 06/06/2025 As part of the Valpak HR team, you will have responsibility for day-to-day recruitment processes, providing direct support to the wider team. This will be a varied and fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and a team player, willing to use their own initiative to support the wider team. You need to be able to add value at all stages of the recruitment process, driving change and ultimately delivering results to multiple stakeholders. Key accountabilities Liaising with candidates & hiring managers about prospective candidates Ensuring all feedback is given in a timely manner Applying best practice at all stages of the recruitment process Engaging with active & passive talent Pre-screening candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person interviews Coordinating the interview calendar across all roles Maintaining the applicant tracking system to keep all records up to date Working with the wider People team across Reconomy to anticipate future talent needs Supporting in the monthly data reporting for the Talent Acquisition team Requirements: Accurate with particular attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage own workload, meet deadlines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience Polite and professional at all times Ability to work as part of a team Qualifications Desirable: A-level qualification or equivalent Hybrid working available 25 days holiday with bank holidays on top (annually) Wellbeing App access & access to MyPerks discounts platform #J-18808-Ljbffr
