Alne Hall is a 30-bedded nursing home, that specialises in the care of individuals with physical disabilities, respite care and younger adults.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Team Leader to join the team
What you\βll be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of the care home
- Lead and support a team of care staff
- Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement care plans
- Manage staff schedules and training
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment
What You\βll Need
- At least 2+ years\β experience as a Team Leader in a care home.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of learning disabilities, mental health conditions,complex needs, autism and challenging behaviours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Β£12.50 per hour
