This organisation works in partnership with local authorities, housing associations, and government bodies, delivering electrical testing, remedial works, and safety upgrades across large residential portfolios. The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out EICRs, fault finding, and remedial works within occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is compliant with current regulations and delivered to a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out EICRs across social housing properties
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Completing remedial works following inspections
- Working in line with BS7671 regulations
- Producing accurate certification and reports
- Maintaining professionalism when working in tenant homes
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition
- 2391 or equivalent testing qualification
- AM2
- Social housing experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
Salary & Package
- £42,000 to £52,000 per annum
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday working pattern
