We are recruiting a high quality HIU Engineer / Plumber to work across high net worth residential properties and luxury developments in London. This role is for polite, professional and conscientious engineers who genuinely care about craftsmanship, finish and work quality. You will be working in occupied, high value homes and prestige buildings where standards matter. The business employs around 25 engineers and continues to grow, with structured training and development based on experience.
The role:
- Installation, servicing and fault finding of HIU systems
- High quality plumbing works within premium residential properties
- Diagnosis of hydraulic, performance and control issues on communal systems
- Working professionally with residents, site teams and managing agents
- Maintaining excellent standards of protection, cleanliness and presentation
- Accurate completion of works and documentation
This is not high volume reactive work. This is a quality led, professional engineering environment.

- Polite, well presented and professional in occupied homes
- Highly conscientious with strong attention to detail

Essential requirements:
- Full NVQ in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
