We are recruiting an experienced HIU Engineer to join a specialist mechanical and energy services business working across high‑rise residential and commercial developments throughout London. This is a foot‑mobile position, travelling between sites using the London transport network. No driving licence is required. It is an ideal opportunity for an engineer who prefers city‑based work without van driving, while still operating on high‑value, technically interesting systems. Role Overview

You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault‑finding of Heat Interface Units across energy centres and plant rooms in residential and commercial buildings. The role combines technical problem solving with client‑facing professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and fault‑find HIUs
  • Work within plant rooms and energy centres
  • Diagnose system faults and carry out effective repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and site standards

  • Complete service records, job sheets, and reports accurately

Salary & Package

  • ÂŁ35,000 to ÂŁ55,000 per annum depending on experience
