Valoris Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing UK manufacturer and installer of high-efficiency air source heat pump systems. You will attend pre-qualified appointments with homeowners already interested in installing an air source heat pump, allowing you to focus on delivering a consultative sales process and closing business. Current consultants convert around two-thirds of appointments, with established performers earning 2,000 to 4,000 per month in commission.
The Role
- Attend warm, pre-arranged customer appointments, understand their requirements, present suitable renewable heating solutions and secure sales.
- Build trust through a consultative approach, explain costs, savings and available grants, complete sales documentation and manage follow-up activity.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate with internal teams and manage your regional diary while achieving sales and customer service targets.
Requirements
- Proven field, direct or in-home sales experience with a strong track record of closing warm leads.
- Confident selling higher-value products with excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
