About the Role

Valoris Group Limited are recruiting skilled Heating Installation Teams to deliver Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and Hybrid installations. This is a long-term opportunity with guaranteed weekly work, excellent rates, and full support from a specialist renewables provider.

We’re looking for experienced 2-person teams who can deliver high-quality installations, work to compliance standards, and provide a professional service to customers.

What’s on Offer

  • Consistent workload: 13 ASHP and 15 Hybrid installs available per week
  • Outstanding pay:
    • ASHP installs: £2,250 – £2,500 (plus £200 per additional radiator)
    • Hybrid installs: £875 – £1,250 (depending on boiler type and electrical scope)
  • Bonuses:
    • +£200 for each hybrid after the first two per week
    • +£200 for installs passing first-time inspection (no call-backs)
  • Weekly pay (after 2 weeks in hand)
  • Accommodation arranged and paid when staying away
  • £100 per night team allowance
  • Ongoing training and technical support

Requirements (Lead Engineer)

  • ACS (CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1, CKR1)
  • G3 Unvented qualification
  • BPEC ASHP
  • Water Regulations
  • Gas Safe (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years renewables experience

Team Requirements

  • At least one qualified Heating Engineer with teammate/apprentice
  • CIS registered with UTR number (self-billing process)
  • Own van (rental option available after 4 weeks)
  • Tools: SDS Max drill, calibrated gas analyser, standard heating kit
  • Public liability insurance (£2m minimum)
  • Lead engineer must hold DBS

Responsibilities

  • Install and commission ASHP and Hybrid systems
  • Retrofit works (radiators, conversions, additional pipework)
  • Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
  • Communicate clearly with customers and maintain professional site conduct

Induction & Support

  • Full induction including H&S and supervised first install
  • Site Manager support on first job with sign-off
  • Ongoing access to technical engineers for guidance
