Signix work in partnership with local authorities, housing associations, and the Ministry of Defence, providing electrical testing, remedial works, and upgrades across social housing portfolios.

Role OverviewYou will be responsible for carrying out EICRs, fault-finding, and remedial works across occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Electrical testing and inspection (EICRs)
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Remedial works following inspections
- Working to BS7671 and company procedures
- Maintaining professionalism when working in tenant properties
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition
