Valoris Group are seeking a motivated local Electrician to join a growing team in Reading. This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrician looking to move into renewable energy. You will receive full training in Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems, with all work completed locally and no nights away.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical installation works across domestic and commercial sites
  • Support solar PV and BESS installs while undertaking structured training
  • Complete testing, inspection, and fault-finding tasks
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional site standards

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18th Edition
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong attitude to learning and development
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills

Desirable (training provided if needed)

  • BESS knowledge or experience
  • Electrical testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)

£30k to £40k basic salary
