Valoris Group are working with a growing renewable energy business within the solar PV and battery storage sector, who are looking to appoint a Part-Time Junior Administrator to support their internal administration, project documentation and customer handover processes. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, reliable and detail-focused who enjoys working with paperwork, data entry, customer records and internal systems. The role will involve supporting the current Administrator with the day-to-day workload, helping to keep projects moving, documents accurate and deadlines under control.
You will be working across CRM updates, new enquiry records, installation job packs, customer handover packs, Word documents, forms, paper files and general project administration. The company is a small, collaborative business with a strong focus on renewable technology, customer service and quality. Key Responsibilities- Adding new customer enquiries and project information into the CRM system
- Updating and maintaining records within Pipedrive for project management
- Preparing job packs for the installation team
- Completing accurate data entry across internal systems and documents
- Inputting information into forms and paperwork
- Working with Word documents, tables and multi-page documents
- Tidying up paper copy files and transferring key information into digital records
- Supporting the Administrator with daily tasks and deadlines
- Helping keep customer, project and installation paperwork organised
- Assisting with general office administration where required
