The Role
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This role plays a key part in managing project costs, ensuring financial control, and supporting successful project delivery. Based in their West London office, you will work closely with the commercial and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and provide financial analysis.
- BOQ & Cost Planning: Prepare Bills of Quantities and deliver accurate cost forecasts.
- Financial Reporting: Maintain up‑to‑date cost records and produce detailed reports.
