Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair a variety of air conditioning systems across commercial and residential properties.
  • Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure efficient system operation.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in air conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including refrigeration and electrical safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, offering guidance on system operation and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and service reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar HVAC role.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
