Valoris Group Limited is recruiting experienced HIU Reactive Maintenance Engineers for a subcontract role covering multiple residential and commercial sites within the M25. This is a reactive maintenance contract with a significant backlog of works to complete. There are approximately 450 jobs to catch up on, so the successful engineers will need to be confident working independently, managing their day effectively, and completing a strong volume of jobs where location and access allow. The ideal target is around 6 to 8 jobs per day, depending on site locations, travel, access and job complexity.
The Role
- You will be attending multiple sites across London and within the M25, carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works on HIU systems.
- Duties will include:
- Reactive maintenance on HIUs
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Repairs and component replacement
- Resolving heating and hot water issues
- Attending multiple jobs per day
- Working across different sites and locations
- Updating job notes and completion details accurately
- Representing Valoris Group professionally on site
