You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of Heat Interface Units across energy centres and plant rooms in residential and commercial buildings. The role combines technical problem solving with client-facing professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and fault-find HIUs
  • Work within plant rooms and energy centres
  • Diagnose system faults and carry out effective repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and site standards

  • Complete service records, job sheets, and reports accurately

Salary & Package

  • £35,000 to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Full-time, permanent position
