The role

  • High quality heating and plumbing installation work within luxury residential properties
  • Installation and modification of heating systems, pipework and plant equipment
  • Fault finding and diagnosis on domestic and communal heating systems
  • Working within premium homes and managed developments
  • Liaising professionally with residents, site teams and managing agents
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, protection and presentation
  • Accurate completion of job records and compliance documentation

Essential requirements

  • Full NVQ in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
  • Gas certification (GC)
