The role
- High quality heating and plumbing installation work within luxury residential properties
- Installation and modification of heating systems, pipework and plant equipment
- Fault finding and diagnosis on domestic and communal heating systems
- Working within premium homes and managed developments
- Liaising professionally with residents, site teams and managing agents
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, protection and presentation
- Accurate completion of job records and compliance documentation
