About the Role
Valoris Group is recruiting for a Gardener for our client in London. This temp-to-perm role focuses on external garden maintenance and trimming; no landscaping work is required. The position offers year-round employment. During the off-season, other work may be available for candidates with additional skills such as handyman, basic repairs, or general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out trimming, pruning, and general external garden maintenance
- Maintain hedges, shrubs, and outdoor spaces to a high standard
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely
- Work independently and manage daily schedules efficiently
- Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy
Requirements
- Skilled in external trimming and general garden upkeep
- Ability to operate garden tools and machinery
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Additional trade or maintenance skills are highly desirable for off-season work
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Own tools
£29 per hour for the first week (induction) £33 per hour thereafter
