We are seeking skilled and reliable Demolition Operatives or Labourers to join a reputable client in Hampshire. This role requires a valid CCDO or CSCS card and, ideally, an Asbestos Awareness certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely conducting demolition tasks and preparing sites for subsequent construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute demolition tasks, including structural dismantling, breaking down walls, and clearing debris.
- Safely operate and manage demolition equipment as required.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to meet project targets and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, with a particular focus on asbestos handling where applicable.
- Ensure that work areas are safe, tidy, and ready for follow-on trades.
Requirements
- CCDO or CSCS card (essential).
- Asbestos Awareness Certification (preferred).
- Proven experience in demolition or construction labour is advantageous.
- Physically capable of performing manual labour in different weather conditions.
