Overview: We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers for ongoing projects across large commercial and industrial sites nationwide. This is long-term work with a consistent pipeline and competitive, negotiable rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and repair of commercial roofing systems.
- Working on large commercial and industrial buildings.
- Cladding installation (essential).
- Installation and detailing of skylights and roof penetrations (desirable).
- Working safely at height in accordance with site and H&S requirements.
- Reading drawings and working to specifications.
- Coordinating with site teams to meet programme deadlines.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience on commercial and industrial roofing projects.
- Cladding experience.
- Ability to work nationwide.
- Valid CSCS card (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of health and safety on live sites.
- Own tools and PPE.
Desirable Experience:
- Skylight installation experience.
- Experience on large distribution centres, warehouses, factories, or similar assets.
