Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain construction and pre-construction programmes
Support the preparation of construction logistics plans, tender presentations, and 3D models
Produce and update progress reporting schedules and monthly reports
Maintain accurate records of programme updates and distribution
Obtain and act on feedback from site teams to improve future planning
Conduct site visits to verify progress and broaden knowledge of construction methodology
Requirements
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Asta
Strong communication and leadership skills, able to engage effectively across departments
Analytical skills for data review and reporting
Ability to forecast and deliver against plans
Proactive, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving
