We are working with a well-regarded principal contractor seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the successful delivery of a high-spec new-build residential care home project in Uxbridge. This is a permanent, single-site role offering long-term stability and career development within a structured, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Support management of subcontractors, materials, and on-site logistics
- Ensure health & safety standards, quality benchmarks, and build programme are adhered to
- Maintain site documentation, reporting progress and issues as needed
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth site delivery
Requirements
- SMSTS or SSSTS (in date)
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager, ideally on care home, residential, or similar developments
- Sound knowledge of NHBC standards and general building regs
- Strong communication, organisation, and team coordination skills
