We are currently recruiting for 3 Kitchen Fitters to support a high-volume social housing kitchen refurbishment programme across London. This is an ongoing contract with consistent work, requiring reliable operatives who can deliver full installs to specification and within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full kitchen rip-out and installation in line with plans and spec
  • Plumbing works including hot/cold, waste and stopcocks
  • Tiling (3 rows above worktops, full height behind cookers)
  • LVT flooring installation where required
  • Joinery and finishing (skirting, architrave, window sills)
  • Basic decorating (white emulsion, making good)
  • Applying silicone neatly to all required areas
  • Ensuring all works meet UK Building Regulations
  • Completing jobs to a high standard with no snags
  • Providing completion photos and reports to Site Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social housing kitchen fitting
  • Ability to complete full installs independently
  • Own tools and transport
  • Strong understanding of regulations and site processes
  • Good attention to detail and finishing standards
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines

Package:

  • Good rates available (price work or day rate DOE)
