We’re engaged with an established and ambitious specialist property finance lender looking to appoint an experienced Senior BDM across London and the South. Offering bridging and development finance up to £10m, this is a great opportunity for an established originator to join a lender with a strong reputation, flexible approach to underwriting and significant growth plans.

You’ll focus on originating new business, developing broker and introducer relationships and identifying new lending opportunities across your region. We’re looking for someone with proven bridging and development finance experience, an established broker network and a strong track record of originating new business.
