Portfolio Manager – Permanent- Hybrid -London

Salary up to £70k + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is an award-winning specialist lender with decades of experience providing development finance solutions to SME developers across the UK, funding projects of up to £40 million.

Known for their outstanding service and strong market proposition, they offer an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team at the forefront of the residential development sector.

We're looking for a dedicated Portfolio Manager with a solid foundation in development finance, analytical capabilities, and a good understanding of the UK property market to join a high-performing Development Finance team.
