We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants more than just an average dev job. If you enjoy owning features end‑to‑end, working closely with product owners, shaping architecture, and mentoring others while working with a modern, cloud‑native stack, you’ll feel right at home here. Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely and co-own product and design to shape solutions, not just implement tickets
- Translate product strategy into technical and architectural solutions
- Actively communicate with stakeholders supporting product owner regularly, with technical expertise.
- Build and scale modern web and mobile applications
- Own features from concept to production — architecture, implementation, testing, and delivery
- Raise the bar on code quality, testing, and engineering best practices
- Lead engineers through discovery and help grow a strong engineering culture
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in full‑stack development (Python or Ruby on Rails + React/Next.js or React Native)
- Prior experience liaising with product teams and business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and automated testing
- Ability to design and deliver complex features from scratch and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
