The Finance Intern will support the Pan-European Financings & Capital Markets team within Finance & Operations, working alongside analysts on debt modelling, refinancings, and portfolio analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support debt modelling on new acquisitions and refinancings (building input sheets, sensitivity cases, comparable loan analysis)
- Assist the team on portfolio exits and corporate finance workstreams
- Help prepare investor materials and lender presentations
- Assist with portfolio performance tracking and returns analysis vs. underwriting
- Ad hoc market research on lenders, comparable transactions, and debt terms
Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in Real Estate finance
- Professional fluency in French, German, Dutch or Italian (preferred)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Real estate or private equity exposure preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
