Responsibilities

  • Support the Spa Manager with Health and Safety, ensuring the smooth running of the leisure facilities.
  • Assist in creating strategic direction for the club and drive membership sales to grow the business, coaching and pushing the team to achieve targets.
  • Keep the membership base enticed and engaged, ensuring regular interaction and activities with existing members.
  • Work a range of shifts and days, providing great flexibility.
  • Support the club’s operational needs and maintain the company’s standards.
