Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Oversee and support the bar staff in their duties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service throughout each shift.
- Crafting Delight: Serve and supervise the preparation of a delightful mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with hotel policy and liquor licensing laws.
- Service Excellence: Ensure excellent customer service at all times, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
- Spotless Setup: Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the Bar and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stock Management: Rotate, display, and manage bar stock to guarantee all products are served in top‑notch condition.
- Transaction Savvy: Oversee cash, credit cards, and guest accounts, following company procedures with precision.
- Event Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions to deliver a seamless guest experience.
