The role
As PA to the People & Culture Director, you will be the engine behind the director's day-to-day effectiveness — managing their time, communications and priorities with precision and discretion. You'll act as a trusted partner, enabling the Director to focus on strategic people initiatives across our hotel portfolio.
What you'll do
- Manage a complex diary and coordinate meetings, travel and events
- Draft, proofread and manage correspondence, reports, presentations and board papers on behalf of the Director
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive matters with the utmost confidentiality
- Support the planning and execution of People & Culture initiatives, including engagement events, leadership forums, and projects
- Maintain organised filing systems, databases and HR documentation in line with GDPR requirements
- Track actions, deadlines and deliverables across the People & Culture team
- Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding logistics and learning & development scheduling
- Prepare briefing notes, agendas and follow-up materials for key meetings
