Valor Hospitality is looking for a driven, people‑first Key Account Manager to join our Central Sales & Marketing team on a 12‑month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave. You’ll take the wheel on a portfolio of UK agents, driving meetings, events, and group business into our growing portfolio of hotels across the UK and you’ll do it your way, from wherever in the UK you’re based.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and strengthening relationships from an established base of key and development UK agents that can deliver revenue into our 41 UK hotels.
- Pro‑active sales activity that keeps you and Valor at the forefront of agents and bookers minds through a mix of activity that includes hosted fam trips, educational lunch and learn sessions, in person presentations, virtual spotlight sessions, and industry networking.
- Have your ear to the ground to seek new business opportunities and nurture the relationship into long‑term partnerships.
- Working alongside our hotel‑based sales and revenue teams to turn pipeline bookings into confirmed business.
- Representing Valor at industry events such as AIEA and the MIA, trade shows, and exhibitions making sure every lead is followed up and business secured.
- Keeping Salesforce CRM accurate, and up to date with all your sales activity and pipeline.
- Bringing energy to our annual agent campaign (formerly Valorfest, this year Valor Incentive For All) to ensure your managed agents are fully engaged in the competition, driving enquiries and pushing for conversion.
