Overview
Our next-level drinks are crafted to pair perfectly with next-level food - and under the creative direction of our Head Chef, every dish brings something unexpected. Think fresh vibrant flavours all made to order in house. As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will support and influence the food menu alongside the Head Chef and taking support from Valor\'s Guest Experience Manager to reimagine the drinks offered from cocktails through to the wine list. There are opportunities to involve our supply chain with product activations to showcase the skill of our teams as well as the relaxed vibes on offer at TAP.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with supply chain on product activations to showcase team skill and brand experience.
- Provide an excellent guest experience and contribute to a relaxed yet high-quality service environment at TAP.
- Lead and develop the team to deliver consistent service standards, with a focus on attention to detail.
