Overview
Seaton House, the newest 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews, is looking for Receptionists to join our front office team.
This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the guest experience at one of Scotland’s most anticipated openings.
Responsibilities
- Set the tone for every guest’s stay and provide a genuinely warm welcome.
- Answer questions and offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area.
- Ensure a smooth check‑out experience so guests leave happy.
- Work in a fast‑paced hotel environment, interacting with guests daily.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a hotel environment (ideally 4 or 5 star).
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced role dealing with people on a daily basis.
- Hours & Schedule
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Work a range of shifts and days, with flexibility to discuss during the interview.
Training & Development
We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training.
