Overview

Night Porter role at Dunluce Lodge, a 5-star luxury resort in Portrush.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests during late arrivals and early departures; respond to guest requests and help with luggage as needed.
  • Support the smooth running of the hotel overnight, providing a high level of service with discretion and professionalism.
  • Carry out regular safety and security checks of the property and ensure public areas are clean and ready for the day ahead.
  • Work calmly and independently, handling any situation professionally and with good judgement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred, ideally in a 4- or 5-star property.
  • Comfortable working overnight, with a willingness to take responsibility for a variety of tasks.
  • Positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service is essential.
  • Shift Patterns

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

This role involves overnight shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Shift patterns and contracted hours are discussed at interview.
