We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team.
Responsibilities- Assist guests with luggage and travel arrangements.
- Support night operation to fulfill guest requests, including additional room amenities and serving food and beverages.
- Work calmly under pressure and remain vigilant to keep the hotel safe.
- Adapt to flexible shifts and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will work a range of shifts and days, with the variation in shift patterns and contracted hours discussed at interview. We are usually busier during evenings and weekends.
