As a Night Auditor, you’ll quietly take care of the hotel while the world sleeps, ensuring everything is balanced, organised and ready for a new day. This role is about more than numbers—it’s about trust, consistency and calm attention to detail. Working independently through the night, you’ll oversee end‑of‑day procedures, complete reports and audits accurately, and act as the first point of contact for guests. From managing late arrivals and early departures to responding thoughtfully to guest needs, your presence helps maintain a safe, seamless and welcoming environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take ownership of the hotel overnight, working independently with confidence, consistency and strong attention to detail.
- Complete end‑of‑day audits and reports, ensure systems are balanced and accurate, and prepare everything for a smooth transition into the morning operation.
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the night, supporting late arrivals, early departures and guest enquiries with a calm, professional approach.
- Follow all safety, security and operational procedures, maintaining awareness of the hotel at all times and responding appropriately to anything unexpected.
- Serve as a quiet ambassador for The Medlock, upholding brand standards with reliability, discretion and a high level of customer service.
