Position Overview
We are looking for a fitness coach to support the leisure club team in driving revenue and enticing new members to join our leisure club.
The role involves coaching guests, promoting fitness programmes, and providing inspiration to meet their fitness goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the leisure club team in driving revenue and enticing new members.
- Coach, inspire, and help guests achieve their fitness goals.
- Work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and varying daily schedules.
Qualifications
- Background as a fitness instructor, personal trainer experience preferred.
- Enjoys the world of fitness and has a passion for coaching.
- Flexibility to work 7 days a week, 365 days a year as needed.
- Location & Salary
Holiday Inn Southampton–Eastleigh, Eastleigh, SO50 9PG. Salary £26,437 per annum (£12.71 per hour), full‑time 40 hours per week across 5 days.
